Spaghetti Carbonara with Onsen Tamago ($138)
Perhaps one of the most classic dishes of all time is carbonara.
The sauce was flavorful but not that creamy and watery which may be a plus point for some. The pasta was done just right, not that sticky.
The dish was served with an egg confit resting on the pasta. Make sure to burst it and mix it!
常見的菜式，意粉份量則足夠，意粉都算入到白汁味道，還有温泉蛋，剛剛好的雞蛋和流心的蛋黃，流到白汁和意粉之上，增加口感，多了一分層次感，雖然偏水，但總算四平八穩。
